The Bread & Butter Project x IndigiGrow
In an inspired collaboration, The Bread & Butter Project and IndigiGrow have brought together Australia’s oldest and newest inhabitants, in the creation of quality artisan baked goods – handmade by refugees using locally sourced native ingredients.
Both social enterprises are grounded in community, culture and a love for great food.
They promote a deeper understanding and respect for the traditions and knowledge that have sustained Australian communities for millennia.
Check out our full range of native ingredient products below – available in the bakery section at Harris Farm’s Sydney stores.
Whilst the Bread & Butter Project is known for producing some of Sydney’s finest baked goods, IndigiGrow sustains people, land, and culture through the propagation of native plants and bush foods. The initiative employs 10 local Aboriginal staff – while The Bread & Butter Project has graduated 120 refugees to date.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE BY REFUGEES FROM INDIGIGROW’S NATIVE INGREDIENTS
