As a social enterprise, we invest 100% of our profits back into our organisation. This helps us to support more refugees by training them as bakers.
With all our heart and soul going into our products and our trainees, we are grateful for the volunteer support we receive in all the other areas necessary to run a successful business.
We are often looking for additional support in videography, I.T, and English language tutoring, while we also welcome input from qualified psychologists and counsellors who can help our refugee trainees make the challenging transition to a new country.
To keep our machines humming, we welcome the help of electricians, maintenance people, refrigeration and machinery technicians. And to ensure that we deliver food that not only tastes delicious but is good for our gut too, we welcome support from nutritionists and dietitians.
